AUSTRALIAN MUSEUM - DISCOVER EXHIBITION
‘Discover’ at the Australian Museum is a new exhibition / education space that combines ‘hands-on’ interaction with the Museum’s collection with new technologies and a program that brings together the Museum’s experts with the general public.
It is a space designed to be the ‘hub’ of the Australian Museum and the window onto its vast collection.
The design presented a variety of flexible spaces that bring alive the various strands of the Museum’s work. Spaces include glass laboratories for the demonstration of the Museum’s ‘behind the scenes’ research, presentation areas where films might be shown to small groups of visitors, individual research areas and displays. Discover caters for a wide range of Museum visitors from pre-school children through to highschool students and groups, tourists and locals alike.
Location: Australian Museum, Sydney NSW 2000 -33.874238, 151.212630
