Designed with FJMT and DJRD, the new facade on Broadway respects the concept established at the open international competition back in 2009. Lightness is the motto.

Suspended from the top it is secured at each level from the slab above, freeing the lower part of mullions. from each floor to 2.4m, only glass is present assembled with silicon joints. Due to its southern exposition and the mixed mode AC of the space behind, we have been able to use clear single glazing with no tint. The result is an incredibly light facade, almost invisible looking from the inside out.
